A Dream Coming to Life

Turning this once thriving dairy farm into a full service horse park has been immense work that is well worth the effort.  Since opening the facility eight years ago we have enjoyed sharing our dream with Pierce County horse enthusiasts. Below we describe the facility, as we plan for completion, so please be patient as we finish this dream and enjoy the fruits of our labor.  Please feel free to make suggestions to what you would like to see offered at the NorthWest Horse Park!

Only clients of the NorthWest Horse Park are able to come and go freely from our facility.  Others entering the park will be met by staff.  Signs around the facility will also notify everyone of our barn rules and that visitors must go to the office before touring the facility.  The premises are very well monitored as owner/operators of the NorthWest Horse Park both reside and work on the property.  Outside horses are never allowed on the property unless they are current on vaccinations and have a clean health check.  Any horse that enters for boarding that appears healthy but comes from another public place (ie: boarding facility, auction) will be stalled separately for a period of one week so any signs of possible sickness and horse behaviors will be identified.

Boarders are always our first priority over all other events.  We work diligently to ensure that boarders have as much free access to our facility as desired.  Events are offered as a benefit to our boarders and the equine community.  During events, haul-ins are welcome but only in the public area.  For safety and security purposes, visitors are not allowed to tour the facility without a current boarder or staff.
